Referral Program Terms & Conditions

We want to keep our Referral Rewards Program simple, fair, and easy to use. The following terms apply:

1. New clients only. A referral must be a genuinely new client who has never previously received treatment at our office.

2. Completed appointment required. A referral reward is earned only after the referred client books and completes their first treatment. Canceled appointments, no-shows, or appointments that are booked but not completed do not qualify.

3. One referral = one $1/minute treatment. For each qualifying referral, the referring client earns one treatment at the referral rate of $1 per minute: $60 for 60 minutes, $90 for 90 minutes, or $120 for 120 minutes.

4. Referral rewards accumulate. Multiple qualifying referrals earn multiple $1/minute treatments. Each qualifying referral earns one separate discounted appointment.

5. One referral reward per day. Accumulated referral rewards must be used on separate days. Multiple rewards cannot be combined or redeemed for multiple discounted treatments on the same day.

6. One referring client per new client. Each new client may generate a referral reward for one referring client only. If a new client was introduced to the practice by, or heard about the practice from, more than one existing client, referral credit will be awarded to the first referring client’s name provided by the new client. Once a referring client has been identified and recorded, the referral credit cannot be divided, duplicated, transferred, or reassigned to another person.

7. Rewards are non-transferable. Referral rewards belong exclusively to the client who earned them and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or applied toward another person’s treatment.

8. No self-referrals, reciprocal referrals, or arranged referral exchanges. Clients may not refer themselves or arrange reciprocal, circular, or other referral exchanges for the purpose of earning rewards. A referral must represent a genuine introduction of a new client to the practice.

9. Household and family referrals are permitted only when genuine. A spouse, partner, family member, or other member of the same household may qualify as a referral if that person is genuinely a new client who has never received treatment at our office. Household relationships alone do not disqualify a referral; however, self-referrals, reciprocal arrangements, or coordinated exchanges intended to generate referral rewards are not permitted.

10. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions. The $1/minute referral rate cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, or special pricing.

11. Referring client’s rewards do not expire. Once earned, $1/minute referral treatments currently have no expiration date and may be saved for future appointments.

12. New client’s 15% reward. A qualifying referred client receives 15% off their second treatment, provided the second treatment is completed within 90 days of their first treatment. The discount applies to one second treatment only. If the second treatment is not completed within the 90-day period, the discount expires.

13. Referral identification. The new client must identify the person who referred them when booking or no later than completion of their first appointment. Referral credit cannot be added retroactively after the first appointment has been completed.

14. No cash value. Referral rewards and discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

15. Program changes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Rewards Program and its terms for future referrals. Referral rewards already earned before a program change will remain valid under the terms in effect when they were earned.
