My work combines neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release and trigger point work, sports and deep tissue massage, assisted stretching (AAIS/SRT), instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (Graston/IASTM), and cupping — addressing the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) — American Version
A specialized form of hands-on therapeutic soft tissue manipulation that addresses pain and dysfunction at the source. NMT treats muscle adhesions, trigger points, and fascial patterns created by specific trauma, postural habits, or repetitive movement. Can be performed as a standalone treatment or combined with other modalities.

Sports Massage & Deep Tissue
Classic massage therapy with distinct clinical differences. Sports Massage is designed for physically active clients — using soft tissue manipulation and myofascial stretching to prevent injury, reduce muscle and tendon tension, and speed recovery. Can focus on specific muscle groups or work the full body depending on your goals. Deep Tissue accesses the deeper layers of muscular tissue and surrounding structures to reduce muscular restriction.

Graston Technique & IASTM
Both treatments use specialized instruments to detect and treat scar tissue and fascial restrictions. Graston follows a specific protocol using stainless steel tools to promote increased blood flow and faster healing for musculoskeletal injuries. Other forms of IASTM — including RockBlade instruments — target receptor stimulation and cutaneous nerve entrapments based on tissue tone. Can be done standalone or combined with other soft tissue work.

Stretching — AAIS & SRT
Active Assisted Isolated Stretching (AAIS) by Aaron Mattes is a dynamic, facilitated stretching technique that restores function to superficial and deep fascial planes across major muscle groups. Soft-stretch Release Therapy (SRT) is a gentle neuromyofascial release approach — soft, slow, safe support focused on the nervous, fascial, lymphatic, and belief systems. Either protocol can stand alone or pair with other soft tissue manipulation.

Cupping
A form of vacuum therapy that improves fluid circulation (blood or lymph), reduces scar formation, and improves connective tissue quality. Depending on your goals and tissue condition, treatments vary — from full-body lymphatic drainage as a standalone session to targeted work combined with massage, stretching, or IASTM.
